While a PC port was promised, gamers on that platform were going to have to hold out until this fall. This is no longer the case as Capcom has announced the PC version of Monster Hunter: World launches on August 9 on Steam.According to Capcom, the PC version of Monster Hunter: World will receive free updates and Collaboration Quests after the game is released. The console versions have gotten quite a substantial amount of post-launch content. It is likely that all of this material will make it over to PC. However, Capcom did not detail exactly when this content will arrive. Previous Collaboration Quests included crossovers with Street Fighter and Devil May Cry. This summer will see a collaboration with Square-Enix’s Final Fantasy XIV, so it’s safe to assume PC players will get to try it out along with the previously mentioned quests.AdChoices广告Capcom also detailed the game’s recommended and minimum specs.
